Allow you to create smilies, news and other images that suit different templates. The images are stored in the template image directory in sub-directories as smilies, news, ranks etc.
Mainly built for smilies but other images can be processed as well. Mod also works in ACP for Add / Edit Smilies (and post images in phpBB 2).
