New Vista Theme Request

Thanks for the awesome vista themes for PHPBB3,
Is it possible for you guys to make one more vista theme?
It should look like what it is here http://www.microsoft.com/en/us/default.aspx
that background color "the surrounding color" should be 0066A7
I have tried to make it for the prosilver templete, but am unable to make it work right.
Can something please make it. Also can we get the html code clean without the PHPBB3 code,
to use it as a frontpage? Am willing to pay. But of cause, your gracious free help is very welcome.

Can it be made where the sorrounding color be the same, like no white in the middle?
and the middle left and middle right edges be like the top and the bottom edges?
The reflecting image on the bottom of the footer could go away.
Every thing above "Welcome to phpBB3" except for the four links in the black bar and the Login/Register bar
could go away.
I don't know how to present this, please forgive me if I offend. I'll just come out and say it.
I would like to pay you for this work.

Yes, like that except for the rotating image and the "forums images" text in the middle, they take up to much space. You can take them out.

Since it is a custom template that you purchased, I replaced the forumimages copyright info with your own. you can edit it in the footer if it is not correct. I just left a small forumimages logo in the footer with a link back.

I was wondering why? my site does not show the side stats like your demo site?
I'm I missing not enabling something?
